Capt. sb, need your thought on the current situation of our country where at least 90 % are waiting for prices to come down in fair market so they own their house one day before dying, while a few with bad moneys have had cause hurdle for them. Will this end and be realized ever..

Do you think price increase in genuine, its demand supply or reflects our country? its literally fake game. Imagine this huge money gone in some businesses to generate employment. I know few agents are taking full advantage of this but on cost of many poor.. Govt. will have to close this avenue to be honest.

I think people like you should speak up even it might conflict with your gains but it will raise you further up coz to be on number 1, you need to be odd.
