Sir,
Some dealers are strongly recommending singhar housing scheme in Gwadar. In your opinion, is it good investment? They are expecting its price might be double in a couple of years.
Also, if you can give reason why you are not recommending dha bahawalpur that would be great as some dealers are strongly recommending.

Yes Sangar is a good place to invest as of now as it is safe and near the hub of Gwadar.

I do not believe DHA Bahawalpur will perform low or some thing, but we have much better options available. In my opinion both 10 Marla of Multan and Gujranwala will outperform 1 Kanal of Bahawalpur.
