Hello,

I want to invest around 32 lac – which of the following options will yield best return in 3-4 years time? Please suggest you top two choices with their pros and cons.

1) DHA Multan 10 marla
2) DHA Multan 1 kanal (extension)
3) DHA Gujranwala 10 marla
4) DHA Bahawalpur 1 Kanal
5) Prism 5 marla file

Dear Zaman,

This is a tough choice, i can tell you what you should not go for.

  1. DHA Bahawalpur
  2. Prism 5 Marla

Rest of the options you suggested are very close in comparison, considering the time frame you mentioned.

I will go for No 2 and 3. This way i diversify and  i get 30 Marlas of land as well.
