I want to know about price pace for the dha phase 8 z6 block is it right time to invest there and what’s the right price of the 5 marla residential polt there and what about there possession , actully am worried about its location as its 3 km far from the actul are of dha larore phase 8 other blocks

I agree with you regarding the location of Z block of Phase 8 , i would not recommend investment there as of now.

Dear Farhan,

From an investment point of view it is fine. But you’ll have to wait until possession if you want to sell when the investment bubble forms for maximum profit. It’s a good trade opportunity for long term. There are other considerable medium term options as well.
