recently a new CCA 5 has been added in the map of phase 7 DHA in T block in gobindpura area (as per DHA maps on Dha lahore website). I think its almost certain new files will be balloted there. How do rate that CCA 5 as compared to previous and what do yu believe the value will be in that CCA after balloting? is it wise to procure ph 7 commercial file in anticipation of being alloted a plot there?

Dear Imran,
Phase 7 file is on the lower end as of price these days. It is recommended that you procure a file for short to medium term holding. There are two trade concepts with this file 1. that you rotate it once the prices go up means if you are making 20-30 lacs net profit 2. sell once balloted the rate should be roughly 290 lacs for a standard plot which would include the 2 million development charges once balloted. It’s up to you to decide what to go for but procuring at this stage might be highly beneficial.
