This is regarding Phase 10.

Do you think Phase 10 1 kanal file will touch 30-35 lacs in the coming year or will it start gaining from here on? What is the threshold it can reach ?

Another question I have is that around how much will a 4 marla commercial file be in Phase 10 when it becomes available? A rough estimate of starting file price for commercial in phase 10.

Dear Ali,

Yes, i would hope that it comes down to 30 to 35 Lacs which may not happen though, in my opinion buying at 40 lacs is a good investment in long term .

As for 4 Marla commercial file my guess is it should be between 150 to 175 Lacs.
