Assalamoalaikum. I have two plots in phase 9 prism, need plot assessment for both and if possible advise what would be best selling time (corona restrictions are lifting so I can travel to pakistan again). My situation is as investor, want to maximise returns.

One of my plot is near Q33 (facing open farm land) and the other is close to D956. What would be reasonable demand for these plots and at what price are current deals taking place for such plots?

Q 33 is around 200 Lacs all dues cleared, D956 is also around the same price. I believe that it is right time to sell as prices are already 50% higher from last year. I do agree that there may be a slight possibility of further increase but not by much and downside risk is higher.

I will await your confirmaation to offer these plots for sale.

Thanks for price assessment. I will see when I find time to further talk to you and maybe plan my next visit to Pakistan.

But in general, you don’t think I should wait till possession arrives? Will there not be a noticeable jump when possession arrives?

Also, as a side question, if I want to hold one of the plots as a future house in Pakistan, which one would you suggest is better for living? Personally I prefer my plot close to D956 as it has a central location, is close to golf course as well as sector park+masjid. Q33 kind of scares me as it is isolated facing open land and I have heard a commercial maybe developed infront of it. Your thoughts on this?
