AOA ,
I have budget of around 25 million rs to buy one kanal plot . Should I buy a below average close to boundary wall or with some other neg plot in phase 8 or wait for possession in phase 9 prism . Phase 7 seems bit far . What would you recommend .

Dear Niaz,

I will go for phase 8 any time, it has a much superior location than 9 and 7 both.
