There are so many private developers that it is hard to comment on such issues, Most of the times it is a misunderstanding about prices among the agents. Some may be quoting you full price while others just quoting you installment plan etc. Best is to inquire in detail the complete payment you have to give including developmental charges and who ever offers you the best value is your man.
