Dear Sir

I heard that DC Rate and FBR Rate for Dha lahore phase 8 ivy green is not yet finalized and no CVT and Stamp duty is applicable immediately at transfer and shall be paid later on after confirmation of DC and FBR Rates. Is this information true?

Dear Waseem,

Yes this is true, but applicable for DC rates only right now you have to wait till the finalization of the said rates. You still have to pay taxes on which FBR rate is applicable such as advance tax etc.
