2-What are transfer charges , membership , CVT & Stamp Duty for a 5 marla plot in DHA Phase 9 Prism . Are these charges same everywhere in any housing scheme in lahore ?

3-What are the Transfer charges for Grand avenue Housing Scheme 10 marla non possession plot?
