Salam, just wondering if you are aware in which year DHA 6 was lunched/possession granted and how long it took for it be populated at the level it is today to become livable ie with schools and shops and medical care etc..
Likewise how long, roughly, it can take for town 9 to be fully populated and to have schools and shops – minimum 10 years from today? just to get an idea from you being in the business.
what is total numbers of plots in ABCD blocks in 9 town.

Salaam,
Its almost 10 years since possession of Phase 6 , 9 Town will however not take the same time as 5 Marla houses are built quicker.
important thing to remember is that its more than 2.5 years since the possession of 9 Town already so we are looking at another 3 years atleast.
