Your plot is evaluated at 130 lacs as it is a corner plot. Prism would remain relatively slow unless artificially inflated by investors like in the past. Therefore, I’d recommend selling this and moving to a better option. In two years time I believe it’ll touch 140-5 lacs then again the return on profit is not that hefty in my humble opinion.
