I have a technical question. The dimensions of for example a 10 marla plot in DHA is 35′ x 65′ which equals 2275 sq.ft. Whereas as 1 marla is 225 sq.ft it translates to 225 x 10 = 2250 sq.ft. Why is there a difference of 25 sq.ft?

It is 2250 sqft, The feet are rounded off .
