Lots of positive feedback is coming for purchasing Multan files.Just wanted your views .In terms of capital appreciation what’s your forecast based on previous experience of Peshawar and Bhawalpur. Also wanted to know if we hold it till balloting and plot doesn’t turn out on a very suitable location will the investment get stuck ?especially because of excessive supply at that time.

DHA Multan is the best option in the market to buy now.It has a potential to increase up to more then 100% in 2 years time. DHA Multan balloting is expected in this year and a good location plot will be at least around 75 lacs plus after balloting.Most of the plots in DHA Multan are likely to have good and average location plots as the land acquired by DHA have very minimal pockets of villages.Prices of surrounding societies of DHA Multan are very high compared to DHA Multan like Prices in Buch villas which are very near to DHA Multan starts from 7 to 10 Lacs/marla.
