DHA Lahore presently donot deal with them , however DHA Bahawalpur files can be transferred in Lahore.

If you wish to purchase these files ,  you can purchase them while in Lahore , however you will have to go to the respective city atleast once to fetch your allocation letter.

Dear sir,

Only Bahawalpur allocations are transferred in Lahore, for other cities you can purchase a file while in Lahore but would have to go to the respective city once for collection of letter and when selling you’d have to go again for transfer.
