As of now i consider DHA Phase 8 Y Block as the best investment in 5 and 10 Marla plots , closely followed by Z Ivy green , which i recommend only for 10 Marla and Lastly 9 Town for 5 Marla.

In addition if you have a bigger budget 10 Marla files of Phase 5 may also be a good idea.

For 5 and 10 marla options from an investment point of view I believe a Phase 5 file would be a good option, other than that I myself have purchased an 8 marla plot in Y block Phase 8 which I believe would be able to give substantial returns near the possession time of Phase 8 which is expected in summers of 2017. Prism would be good if you are eyeing 7-8 years to realize the maximum potential or if you plan to trade it every now and then. Ivy green Phase 8 Z block is another viable commodity in 3 years time when it would reach it’s maximum potential. 9 Town would be a good ordeal if you plan to build a house as of now but not for sale for your own personal living as it boasts possession, correction is expected in a years time as the price are below par.
