I have been holding a 10 marla DHA Gujranwala file for quite some time. I have good holding power. But just to keep my ROI high, is it recommended to
1) Sell it now
OR
2) Sell it right after balloting
OR
3) Sell it at possession after 3-4 years
What should be the realistic price of an average location 10 marla plot after 1)balloting and 2)possession?
