Dear Mr.Wasim,

In this budget, you can buy a 5 marla file in DHA Rahber phase 2 extension.Its balloting is expected in this year and you can construct a house after 4 to 5 years.If you can increase your budget to 4 million then you can buy an average location plot in DHA Phase 8 Ivy green or DHA phase 9 prism.
