As DHA Bahawalpur balloting is announced for 25th of December. So, do you suggest to buy a file and sell it before or after balloting? What is its current market price and what is the expected profit if sold near ballot?

I am generally not in favor of DHA Bahawalpur investment , although I do see it going up a bit higher in mid term.
