I was surprised to find out that there are development charges that must be paid after buying a dha multan 1 kanal file. These charges are 20 lakhs! Isnt this too high as this will be eating away at my future capital gains as well? Also are these charges for all dha projects like guj or just this one?

Dear Mr.Jutt,
Development charges amount is not announced by DHA Multan yet, these charges are to be paid after balloting of files, when plot numbers will be allocated, also development charges will be paid in installments of 3 years.It will not effect on capital gains as a good location plot of DHA Multan will be at least 1 crore.
Yes, development charges are applicable on other under develop projects of DHA as well.
