Dear sir,
Do you think it’s a good time to enter in market ? As prices are going down for many areas e.g. Phase 7, bahria orchard, prism etc. Stock market has touched one year low.
I reckon this is because of ongoing political instability which is expected to continue till next elections.
The general fear is due to ongoing downward trend invested money can stuck for years.

Dear Rao,
This is one of the most common mistakes we do make as investors, we would buy when the prices are going high and sell when they are coming down.
Where and what to buy right now may be a bit more complicated though, however in my opinion the next couple of years are a good time for investing in real estate as the prices stumble.

Dear Rao,
I would advise you to buy Prism if you plan on holding for at least 5 years, Phase 7 is at an all time low, this can bear fruits in a year and a half’s time or anytime in between. Bahria has always been a gamble, it’s your risk appetite which would declare if you want to buy in Bahria orchard.
I believe a safe bet would be Phase 7 as of today.
