Dear Sir,
I want to know that article said that CVT Capital value tax is paid on DC Rates not FBR Rate.
My Question is, if the Registration Amount is Greater Then DC Rates and lower than FBR Rates than CVT is paid according to Registry amount or DC Rates……….Plz Sir There is a little bid confusion so reply me soon……….

Dear Naveen,

As far as we are concerned we deposit CVT and stamp duty as per DC rates and not registry value, however you should get it checked from your local authorities as well. This issue is that at some tiers the development authorities are not clear and thus start charging you as per there own understanding and if that is the case, you may have to submit it as per there requirements.
