Could you please guide which is a better commercial out of Phase 8 cca 1 and Phase 8 cca 2 (given latest map of phase 8)?

The purpose of buying is rental income and price appreciation of property.

I believe both are good as supported by different factors on each side of the road, eventually it all depends on where the general trend develops in the future.

I would choose CCA 1 because of cinema, park nearby etc.

In the end, it will depend on how the general trend evolves, but in my opinion, both are acceptable because they are supported by a wealth of evidence on both sides of the issue.
