In this budget you can buy a very good location 10 marla plot in DHA phase 7 or DHA Phase 9 prism. DHA phase 7 is getting populated at a steady pace.In 3 to 4 years, possession is expected in DHA phase 9 prism as well.

After 5 years phase 7 will be much populated as compared to Phase 9 prism, but phase 9 prism possession is expected in 3 years and you can build your house there as well.
As far as location is concerned DHA phase 9 prism is superior compared to phase 9,therefore you could expect more price gain in Phase 9 prism in long run.
Phase 8 IVY green is fine as well in long run as it will be a gated community as promised by DHA and you can buy a good location 10 marla plot there around 75 lacs. You can consider this phase as well for long term investment .
Yes road width is wider in DHA phase 7 compared to 9 town DHA.
