I have a few questions, kindly answer them so i can advise accordingly.

  1. Do you want to purchase a plot or this investment is for entire building/ shop/office?
  2. Do you expect rentals now or you can wait for a year or two.

There are plenty of options available and i will suggest that you visit me to discuss them in detail. However in general i would suggest that you either go for any of the following:

  1. 4 Marla Plaza in DHA.
  2. Serviced apartments in Gulberg.
  3. Shops or offices in Gulberg.

I need to know about the plan for phase 4 of Raya Gulf – the commercial area.

I think it has been sold once for many years ago and there was a law sue between DHA and buyeres – what is the status for that? is it safe to invest in and when will the project be available for sale? 8 or 10 marla shops…

do wee know if the apartments / comndoumios are planned or not?

There was also shown a 5 star hotel on beside raya gulf club. Do u jnow the progress of the constructiion of this hotel?

I wish to invest bit feel the information on Raya Gulf development is very little…Hope u can help.

    Salaam,Yes we do have complete information about the project and its present status. It is completely safe to invest in the project as of now as all legal issues have bee resolved and construction has started.5 star hotel project is very much there but construction has not yet started and as per our information it will start in a few years.We have availability of commercials in Raya if you are interested you can call me at 03331717170.Jazak Allah
