If a plot in Phase 9 Prism purchased before One year and it installments are still being deposited with DHA Lahore, Will there be advance tax u/s 236C applicable in case of sale of this plot.

Yes, you will have to pay advance tax.
1% (45000) if you are filer and 2%(90000) if you are a non filer.
