Widower is not exempt from property taxes, however you can contact a tax lawyer for further clarification.

A widower is not exempted from advance tax. A widow however, is exempted from the annual property tax. For the procedure it is requested you contact the concerned authority or a tax lawyer he’ll be able to guide you better.
