Aoa Captain sb,

I have a plot in U block, phase 7 near 905U.

Would you recommend me constructing a house there for selling purpose there/ holding plot or selling it and make a move to phase 9?

What do you think should be the current worth of the above mentioned plot?

Dear Adnan,

I will not recommend constructing a house and than selling it unless you are an experienced builder. I think it is much better to sell in Phase 7 and than we can discuss other options for investment.
