  1. Dear sir, which phase is better to construct a house of 5 Marla now for residential purpose as we want to shift from other city. Budget to buy a 5 Marla plot is 50 to 70 lac. Is phase 6 or 5 better option? As there are some plots in this range too? Or should I look towards phase 8 and which block of phase 8?  Phase 9 town or prism looks far. Need your suggestions. Thanks

Dear Ali,

It depends when you want to move into that house. If you are talking about present I would suggest 9 Town, if not than we can move to various areas depending on your timeline.

The cost of the house would be around 5 to 5.5 Million for an A grade designer house with no compromises on any material and finish.
