Dear Sir,

I am an overseas Pakistani and want to purchase a 5 marla plot in DHA Lahore for house construction. I am targetting the construction of a house within 1 or 2 years. keeping this in mind, is it reasonable to purchase a file/Allocation in 9 Prism or shall I go for 9 town plots with available possession at a higher price.

I want to save money in buying plot but also want to avoid the uncertainty or delay in the construction(for example if the possession is delayed for 3 4 years).
