As the title suggests, I would need you to assess what would be the best investment in 2 Crores for a holding of 4 to 5 years in DHA LHR.
My quick analysis by reading online data indicate that buying two average location 1K plots in Prism or a file of 4M commercial in phase 7 would be good choice. Kindly assess these two options and please suggest any further options if you have any.

Thank you for the complements and reinforcing our motivation to serve our brothers in the best possible way.
It is a hard choice to make but i will go for 2 plots in 9 Prism rather than a commercial in Phase 7.
However there are other better options available in 9 Prism, such as aiming for 3 plots of 10 Marla or 1 plot of 1 Kanal and 1 plot of 10 Marla etc
