I have spoken to DHA and they have said the PLOT is clear, there is no dispute over it.
The only reason possession is delayed because water, gas, electricity lines are being placed there for access.

Otherwise the road is there, the plot is fully developed on ground.

I am told possession will be given in approx next 3 months. What will be value after possession. It is 2 side open plot, next to MAIN X commercial with 16 M plazas.
