Had I been at your place ,would never wait for the next year looking towards buying a 10 marla just because of insufficient funds. i think this is the right time to buy a 5 marla plot in the said phase and keep it handy because in IMLAAK we say “DONT WAIT TO BUY LAND , BUY LAND AND WAIT”

By the Mid of next year ,you yourself would be having enough funds and at the same time your plot would have achieved a good price hike so it would make a good combo and then you would be in a better position of buying a 10 marla plot in phase 9 prism.

Just dont be fool asking to these people and use your mind. They ll not compensate your in year time or won’t advice something that is not in their interest. Hike in property is always for short period of time and downfall is for far longer. Wait till december once out come FATF is clear.

Things are not as simple, the prices in 9 Prism are independent of the govt amnesty as it does not fall under the scheme. It is seeing the price rise due to possession expectations. I do agree with you that prices may not rise very high but that is true for almost ever place else, I am writing a piece on plots, you should read that.
