Sir which location will be superior for 10 marla plot for house?

Phase 7 is mainly 1 kanal, while 10 marla are mostly on odd locations near BRB apart from 150 that is not value for money.

while phase 11 has the advantage of a good mix of 10marla, 1 Kanal etc. and well developed and gated.

Could you shed some light on what you would prefer in today’s time for lviing? and how long it can take to be good populated and secure in phase 7 . thanks
