Dear Sir

We wanted to sell our old house in lahore few days back,we went to zila kachehri to get “musaddaqa naqal” of registery & found that our record has been burnt in 1998, I got really panic as people started telling me that any qabza group can come and claim your house as there is no record, i went to kachehri & submitted the application for the reconstruction of record along with the original registery papers, now as i am not in lahore for few months i am really worried about the status of the application.

Should I leave my job and go back to lahore to finish this paper work or can I trust the office and let my father do a random follow up ? Is there any danger of qabza group as house is really old and in the city centre & no one is staying there at the moment.

Dear Talha,

It’s better to ask your father for a random follow up after which you’ll be in a better position to decide to go or not.

Umer
