Hi, i understand you only deal with DHA. but being in business how you look at Lake city vs Bharia town for living / making house. which one is better compare to other and with less risk?

Bharia offer very clean developed 10 marla plots with amenities wider roads in price less than one can buy just 5 marla deep uncleaned creepy poorly planed place like 9 town. Lake city is slightly up compare to Bahria but development is far better than phases like 9 town etc with less price? and take 15min from airport. pleas your unbiased view
