Are we bound to construct all the 7 floors together?or can construct 2 floors and start utilizing it?


How do you see the potential of commercial zone 1 8 Marla prism 9
I bought an 8 Marla on 150 foot road
What will be expected rental return once developed ?


Dear Mian,
It will be atleast 7 to 10 years till we start getting any rental income from 9 Prism , in addition it will be slow after that as well.

I believe to start with we can assume safely 2 to 3 lacs, however it may phenomenally grow after 10 years.
